Value-based education is the foundation of character and moral development of the child. Value-based education should be an integral part of a school curriculum instilling timeless values in children. This will make the students confident, competitive, well groomed, emotionally stable, humanitarian, sympathetic, progressive, tolerant as well as disciplined. Value based programmes like quizzing on lives of great men, a celebration of various festivals, Value Based Discussions in the class, special schools, Institutions for differently abled children, therefore, are the core of the entire curriculum of Yugantar.
